All hardy down to zone 3, the female varieties require a male pollinator.
Titan (female) is named for its astonishing large, bright orange berries, which are very flavorful and aromatic. One of the few seaberries that is palatable eaten raw due to its low oil content. The bush will grow to 10' with attractive, long and narrow, darker green foliage with a silvery underside. Berries make excellent juice or preserves.
Radiant (female), also known as Vitaminaya, is a rather thornless variety prized in Siberia for its large, flavorful and juicy bright orange fruits that are exceptionally high in vitamins C, A and E. This hardy, strong growing variety achieves a height of 8 feet. Other than its height and more thornless nature, it is pretty similar to Titan.
The Male seaberry is a generic variety able to pollinate Titan and Radiant. One male plant can pollinate up to 5 or 6 female plants.
