Shipping & Delivery

How We Do It

Outside of plant liners, all other plants may be shipped to anywhere within the continental United States, forgoing any quarantines or restrictions placed upon specific plants or plant materials by the relevant state and county authorities. If such quarantine or restriction is present, the portion of the order that is unable to be fulfilled will be fully refunded.


The Small Print

Buyer's remorse? Let Noble Gardens know and we would be happy to work with you. Outside of plant liners, all other plants have a 15-day return window for local buyers. If plants were shipped to you, Noble Gardens should be notified within 2 days of receiving the products, as to expedite the return process. A return label will be provided  and deducted from the refunded amount.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Information You Need to Know

Have peace of mind knowing that every plant purchase (excluding plant liners) is entitled to a replacement or refund should things go awry during transplantation. Bareroot plants have a leaf-out guarantee and all other plants have a 15-day warranty. Although it is limited to defects with the plant, we are always willing to work with former customers when their plants are destroyed by acts of dog, deer, or what have you. We want you to be happy with all your projects, from homesteading to landscaping, so rest assured knowing we are here for you!
