Cayuga White (zone 5) – a white-green grape used for semi-dry to sweet wine. It must be harvested early to avoid labrusca flavor.
Landot Noir (zone 4) – a black grape that offers a late bud break with early ripening, which makes it perfect for short season climates. It is used for mild, fruity red wines.
Leon Millot (zone 4) – a black grape used to create a deep red wine with distinct berry aromas. It is often mixed with Foch-variety grapes for a more robust flavor. This variety is very productive.
Louise Swenson (zone 3) – a yellow grape with low sugar and moderate acidity that can be used for light-bodied wines that offer an aroma of honey and flowers.
Marechal Foch (zone 4) – a black grape that is quite variable depending on harvest time, thus offering the possibility of light and fruity wines to full-bodied ones.
Osceola Muscat (zone 4) – a yellow grape with small-medium, thin-skinned fruit that is suitable for fresh eating or juice and wine. It creates a refreshing white wine with lingering aromas of citrus & spice (muscat), peach, and apricot.
